Pellegrino "Pino" Certa is a Seattle personal injury lawyer with vast experience working for and against insurance companies, and with handling insurance disputes. Before beginning his career representing personal injury victims, Pino was an attorney for insurance companies for 12 years. By working for insurance companies, he developed an understanding of the insurance business. He uses this understanding to turn the tables and obtain the best possible recovery for his clients.

Pino was born in Brooklyn, New York and attended college at St. John's University, where he received his B.A. in 1990. He graduated from Albany Law School of Union University with his J.D. in 1993.

He was admitted to practice in New York in 1993, and was certified to practice in U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 1994. In 1996, he was admitted to practice in Washington and in 1998 was admitted to practice in U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.

He is a member of the New York State and Washington State Bar Associations. He is also an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.

Cheryl Farrish is an associate attorney with the Certa Law Group, P.C. in Seattle, where her practice focuses exclusively on representing injured individuals. She handles a wide range of injury cases, from automobile accidents to complex construction injury cases. Cheryl was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. As with many Hawaii natives, she was raised in a diverse family that includes Filipino, Scottish, Irish, and Native Hawaiian ancestry. She relocated to Seattle in 1998 to attend Seattle University and pursue her dream of living in a "big city." Cheryl graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor of Criminal Justice (magna cum laude) in 2002.

While attending college, Cheryl worked for a Seattle-based personal injury firm, first as a file clerk and then gradually working her way up to the position of senior litigation paralegal. After graduation, Cheryl spent three more years working as a personal injury paralegal, where she learned how to work cases from the ground up. In 2005, Cheryl was accepted to the Seattle University School of Law, where she was recognized on the Dean's List and as a King County Bar Foundation Scholar. She earned these honors while working full time and attending law school at night. She graduated from Seattle University School of Law (magna cum laude) in 2009.

Currently, Cheryl is excited to be representing clients at trial and arbitration in forums around Western Washington. She is passionate about representing the "little guy" against large corporations and insurance companies. She is also committed to increasing the diversity of the legal profession. Cheryl serves on the Board of the Filipino Lawyers of Washington and is actively involved in the Washington State Association for Justice, where she sits on both the Diversity and the New Member Committees. She also serves on the Editorial Board of Trial News, a monthly publication for plaintiffs' attorneys.

Cheryl is admitted to practice in Washington and before the United States District Court - Western District of Washington.
